Raised in Door County, Aidan acknowledges that grass has grown as long as recorded history and will continue to.  Therefore, preparation should reach far beyond the lifespan of a typical 25-year company. He designed Packerland to exceed 500+ years: grounded in safety, reliability, and long‑term land and social stewardship.  With a focus on operational excellence and generational continuity, Aidan leads Packerland to be ready not just for the next storm, but for the next century, and then some.
